Day 1: Hanoi – Homestay near Ban Gioc Waterfall Distance: 350km, duration: 9 hours
Day 2: Ban Gioc Waterfall – Cao Bang City ( distance 100km, duration: 10 hours )
Explore the Truc Lam Zen Monastery in Cao Bang. Ascend to the pagoda to enjoy a panoramic view of Ban Gioc Waterfall, surrounded by the picturesque landscape of mountains and interwoven waterways. On the opposite side lies the Chinese Glass Bridge, while this side features the serene and poetic Vietnamese rice fields.
Visit Ban Gioc Waterfall with water flowing down from above to whitewash a river, next to a fragrant rice field with a cool breeze, Take a boat closer to the waterfall, getting the drops of water splashing on people it make you goosebumps little bit. In the middle of the river is the border of Vietnam - China, a feeling can't be more happier when you have traveled nearly 100Km to this place.
Explore Ngao Cave (Tiger Cave), renowned for its untouched beauty. The cave features natural stone columns formed over hundreds of millions of years, with stalactites intricately sculpted by nature into a myriad of stunning shapes, including a tiger statue, lotus flower, boat, cactus, jellyfish, and magic wand.
Upon arriving at Angel Mountain, you are greeted by the sight of a verdant valley, where a stream gently flows through a landscape framed by trees and mountains. It is a scene reminiscent of an untouched paradise.
Day 3: Cao Bang City – Coc Tra Pass – Meo Vac Commune, Pa Vi Village ( distance 200km, duration: 9 hours )
Embark on a 1.5 km trek to ascend the high viewpoint and experience the breathtaking Coc Tra Pass, renowned as one of the most stunning passes in Vietnam. With its 14 curves, this location is an exceptional spot for photography. Challenge yourself by conquering the 1.5 km mountain path to reach the summit.
Day 4: Trekking Ma Pi Leng Pass – Tu San alley on the river – Lung Cu Flag Pole ( distance 150km, duration: 9 hours )
Travel on a wonderful place name: Ha Giang Loop, today what we see is a spectacular of mountain, rocky mountain, the mountain is huge and high, the altitude is about 1200m high above see level, beyond the mountain there is white cloud on the top of mountain, make the scenery as beautiful as the paradise on earth,
Visit the monument statue of young worker who made the happy road, then do trekking along the edge of rocky mountain, visit dead stone the place that you should not step in for picture, but some young people do climb to the dead rock and take some dangerous pictures there, if you dare to do, just do it as young man buffalo
explore Tu San alley on the river name Nho Que river, the green of the water combine with spectacular mountain attract your eyes and immerse yourself in the nature, you can travel in boat on the river, it take about 3hours in this wonderful area
conquer the windy road to go to north pole of Vietnam, Lung Cu Flag, it would be nice if you can climb up the flag waving on the top of tower, or our driver can take you to visit Truc Lam Pagoda, it is also gorgeous view to see the flag tower
Day 5: Dong Van Town – H’Mong Village - Quan Ba – Overnight at Nam Dam Village with Dao’s people homestay
Continue a wonderful day to explore the melody on rock, today, we have more chance to engage with local people especially H’mong people, for H’mong people they always live in the highest place of mountain, their house stick on the rock as bird’s nest, H’mong people have been live in this area for hundreds years with lots of customs and culture, they have own language and diverse of customs,
Visit the King Palace, where Vuong Chinh Duc, a H’mong king who ruled the area in the 20th century, resided. He was also a close associate of Ho Chi Minh, our esteemed leader. The palace retains its traditional architectural style, making it an excellent place to learn more about the H’mong people.
Embark on an exciting journey to the Lao Xa ancient house! Venture into the remote village where the H’mong people reside. This area sees very few tourists, offering a truly authentic experience as you explore the genuine lifestyle of the local community.
Discover the vibrant Sung La village, a delightful H’mong community where you'll often find children joyfully playing traditional flutes along the roadside. It's an exciting place to explore, and you'll have no trouble finding delicious food throughout the village!
Proceed along the rocky mountain to Tham Ma Pass, a location where you may encounter children adorned with flower crowns and carrying buckets of flowers, offering an excellent opportunity for photography. It is customary to provide the children with a small monetary contribution to support their livelihood.
Upon checking in at Toong Homestay in Nam Dam Village, which is a blend of Tay and Dao cultures, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view. After settling in, we can take a leisurely stroll to explore Nai Waterfall, located in the forest. The waterfall is approximately a 15-minute walk from the homestay.
Day 6: Quan Ba – Ban Lien Village - Travel on scenic route - Bac Ha market – Hoang A Tuong King Palace- Sapa ( distance 250km on mountain road, duration: 8-9 hours )
If you are an adventure enthusiast, today's excursion is tailored for you. Commencing at 8:00 AM, our expert tour guide will lead you on a journey to Sapa via a picturesque route. This path takes us through mountains and forests, offering an entirely natural experience devoid of tourist crowds. The road is quite adventurous, and the views are both spectacular and breathtaking. With mountains layered upon mountains, terraced fields, and tribal homes interspersed with clouds drifting in the sky, the landscape truly resembles a paradise on earth.
We will pass by Bac Ha Market, a renowned market known for its vibrant display of tribal cultures, particularly the H’mong people, who don traditional attire and ride horses to the market. It is open exclusively on Sundays. Additionally, we can visit the Hoang A Tuong Palace, an intriguing site to learn more about the local community. Lunch will be served at Bac Ha Market.
Day 7: Sapa - Fansipan Moutain – Cat Cat Village
Please check the weather conditions. If the sky is clear, we can commence our journey to the mountain at 8:00 AM. However, if it is overcast, we should plan to visit Fansipan Mountain in the afternoon, after 12:00 PM. The ascent to the summit typically takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Visit Cat Cat Village at an appropriate time. If time permits and you are in good health, we can trek to the Bamboo Forest. Alternatively, we can enjoy coffee at the Moana Viewpoint, which offers a magnificent view of Muong Hoa Valley.
Day 8: Trekking to the village in the morning – Hanoi after lunch ( Distance: 380km, duration 10 hours )
We will take you to Y Linh Ho village, where you will trek through Lao Chai and Ta Van Village. The trek involves descending approximately 2 kilometers down the hill, offering breathtaking views. Along the way, some H’mong guides may join you and accompany you on the trek. After the journey, they may offer items for purchase, typically priced between 150,000 VND and 200,000 VND. You are welcome to decline or purchase one or two items from them. Our tour guide will meet you at the end of the trekking route with a vehicle to pick you up.
12:00pm: going out for lunch and then go back Hanoi about 8:00pm
Rule:
1. We will collect the balance of bill on the first day of the tour
2. No cancel the days of travelling in last minute
3. Driver can decide the route to go relying on the weather and road condition
4. Driver does not drive after 9:00pm
5. Respect local people culture by follow our tour guide instruction if we visit relic attractions
